1. Get at least 45 mins of alkalising exercise every day.  Not twice a week, every day.
2. Drink 3 litres of alkaline water with wheatgrass every day
3. Meditate for 15-30 mins every day
4. Take a good quality fish oil and multivitamin every day
5. Keep a journal and practice gratitude every day (list things you’re grateful for)
